OrthoIndy IOH named Top Workplaces by Indianapolis Star

Indianapolis, IN (April 17, 2012) — On Sunday, April 15th, The Indianapolis Star published “The Indianapolis Star Top Workplaces” – a list of the best places to work in the Central Indiana area. OrthoIndy and IOH are pleased to announce to be named to this year’s list.

The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics of Exton, Pa. The survey covered areas such as values, leadership, management, benefits, pay, growth opportunities, appreciation, work/life balance and retention.

Of the 675 Central Indiana employers invited by WorkplaceDynamics to participate in the Top Workplaces survey, 98 took part. The sole requirement was that the organization employ at least 50 people. Companies could be public, private, nonprofit or governmental.

OrthoIndy and IOH would like to congratulate its employees for this honor.
