The front desk woman who checked me in could not have been more unpleasant. She was visibly annoyed with working the front desk and she took it out on everyone walking in the door. She made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her by walking in. She did not initiate any conversation as I waiting at the desk to be greeted. I enjoyed my experience with everyone after that point. It's a shame that she had to set such a bad tone right off the bat.
