All prescription refill requests are to be submitted 7-10 business days prior to the due date.
You will be contacted by phone once the prescription(s) has been approved and is ready for delivery or pick-up.
Please DO NOT make multiple requests for the same medication, as this will only delay processing time.
Per DEA regulation, Schedule II medications cannot be called to the pharmacy; therefore, the written prescription must be mailed or picked-up at an OrthoIndy location. If requesting a refill on a Schedule II medication, please select one of the options.
If you selected "Pick-Up" for Schedule II Medications, please pick which OrthoIndy location you would like to pick-up your medication.
