Sports medicine physician, Dr. Chris Bales’ dedicated team provides patients with quality customer service. If you have any questions regarding scheduling an appointment, surgery, etc., his team will be happy to assist you.

Gwen is a certified medical assistant for Dr. Bales. Gwen greets the patients, escorts them to the patient room, answers any questions and prepares the patient for their appointment with Dr. Bales.
