For an "orthopedic facility", the lack of knowledge, courtesy, and preparedness to help patients that would require assistance from having said orthopedic procedures is appalling. Staff was less then helpful as well as less than courteous. No one helped me with my father who was in a provided wheelchair while I carried all of his papers, belongings, as well as my own things. I was directed to the wrong area to gather medical records, which were NOT provided. When asked for someone to help load him, the receptionist stated she would see what she could do. All in all, ZERO out of any amount of stars. Would not recommend. Ever.
