Upon arriving a young woman behind the desk told me she could check me in. After asking my name she told me that I was checked in and to have a seat and someone would call me shortly. I sat for 45 minutes and saw everyone else who arrived after me get called. I asked the woman at the check out desk if the provider was running late and she informed me that the first person had not check me in and that they should have asked for my insurance information. SHe and her supervisor were very helpful and got my insurance information and got me checked in and ensured I could still see the doctor. I am unsure what happened but I am grateful they listen to my concern and helped me see the doctor.
