It would be helpful to have more clear transparency regarding procedures and costs upfront. As a patient without insurance this is important to me. In my case it would have been helpful if the scheduling receptionist was more knowledgeable (billed rate of X-rays and that doctors policy required X-rays). As a patient without insurance who is advocating for herself, I would have appreciated a bit of flexibility in policies and empathy.
Amazing! They heard my pain, got me in quick and scheduled my MRI the same day and scheduled surgery the same day! Fantastic!
I went to the Center Grove facility...my appointment was at Indy South!!!! So I was late. Make sure that doesn't happen again!!!?
