Dr. Treadway graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis in 1998 with an undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry. In 2002, he finished medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then completed a transitional internship at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and his residency at the department of anesthesia at Indiana University in 2006.
Dr. Treadway was previously a member of Delaware County Anesthesiologists at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.
