Usually, when you have an appointment at a specified time, you are told to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment. Most times I do this, I spend waiting the entire 30 minutes when I could have just showed at the original time. I waited maybe 2 minutes and was whisked off for weight and height, and then within another 2 minutes, X-rays were taken. I did have to wait about 15 minutes to see Dr Randolph, but he was very polite and thorough.
I have and will always recommend Dr. Randolph and this office to everyone I speak to who have needs in this specific health care. The front office staff is a lot better and nicer than what it was over 10 years ago.
