The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and courteous. However, I can't say the same for the other healthcare workers I encountered. I was weighed and measured in a rush. The doctor was polite but not very thorough - my patient portal is not completed with instructions or other important details after reviewing the email I received today. I also had to ask the nurse who came in to fit me for my brace how long during the day and/or night I should wear it. She fitted me with the brace without any instructions. She also told to e sign my name on an iPad without giving me any information on what I was signing until I asked. Upon checking out I wanted to pay my bill before leaving (I'm out of pocket - no insurance) but was told that wasn't possible. Ok, I understand they don't deal with accounting but when I asked what I'd be charged for or a summary of my visit that wasn't available either. I did not have any images taken. I also don't understand why the $200 out of pocket fee doesn't go towards the clinic visit.
