Checked in at 10:25. 10:35 was taken to xray. 10:53 ask xray desk why I had not been xrayed, they stated it was because they were busy but she would pass my information along to the techs. Gave her my information within 2 mins was taken for xray. Was told xray just got the order. 11:00 took a seat in waiting room to wait to go to see doctor. At 11:20 move seats and passed xray desk. Within a couple mins I was finally taken to an exam room. The MA that took me to xray came to get me. She said she was busy removing stitches and couldn't come get me sooner, because she was too busy. Told her I had waited 20 min for my xray and had to ask why I was still waiting to get my xray and waited another 20 mins for her to come get me. She also didn't know why the order took so long for xray to receive. I stated my appointment was at 10:30 and was not happy about the wait. Once we got to the exam room She ask me my height, weight and pharmacy, said thhat he would be in shortly and left. Within a couple mins Dr. Patel was in the room. I felt like I was not important to MA who was assigned to me. I was very near to walking out when she finally came back to take me to the exam room. I felt very disrespected by her .
