Just that the front office staff checking people in were less than helpful.

I wish all my visits to a Doctors office were as efficient and timely as seeing Dr. Gudeman. His staff called me in within minutes of my arrival. After I identified acute shoulder pain as the cause for my visit one of his staff took X-rays of the area and sat me in a waiting room. Within minutes Dr. Gudeman and his assistant entered the room. Following multiple physical manipulations of my shoulder and my oral responses the conclusion pointed to a torn rotator cuff. He thought it did not require surgery but strongly suggested that physical therapy would remedy the pain and discomfort. So, that's my current status.
