The very front desk could use some additional training. After my appointment I was told to schedule a MRI. When I went to the front check in desk to ask how to schedule the appointment, the woman told me to have a seat and someone would call me back. After 40 minutes, I asked another employee who clarified I was told wrong info and I needed to schedule at the check out area. I wanted 40 minutes of my time because of the front reception area
The overall efficiency from check in to check out was so smooth. The doctor listening to me and explaining so that I understood the current condition and potential alternatives.
The nurse, the PA and the doctor were all great and efficient.
