All prescription refill requests are to be submitted 7-10 business days prior to the due date.
You will be notified once the prescription(s) has been approved and sent to your pharmacy.
Please DO NOT make multiple requests for the same medication, as this will only delay processing time.
Per DEA regulations, controlled medications such as narcotic pain medications cannot be called into the pharmacy. Therefore, the prescriptions must be electronically prescribed to a retail pharmacy. If your pharmacy does not accept electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS), we have the option of mailing the prescription to you so that you can take it to your preferred pharmacy.
