Appointment was at 10:00am. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. Waited until 10:25 before being called back. Once in room waited on Dr.until 10:45 before he arrived.Dont know circumstances as to why the delay but wasn't even given an apology for being delayed. I like your doctor and staff have schedules that I have to adhere to. If I am late for an appointment with someone I at least have the decency to apologize for my tardiness.

It was a very satisfying visit. Dr. Brokaw and his assistant were very pleasant and explained clearly the issues involving my foot.

Everything was GREAT! Only thing I could say is the check out wait took a little long. Only two people checking out for the amount of people waiting.
