I got there early and was seen within 5 minutes of checking in and had a great experience

Saw Dr Steinberg and felt like just another number. He didn't seem at all interested in listening to me and spent less than 5 mins total in the room...30 seconds max on the physical exam of my back. I had questions and have been hopeful to find a better doctor than in Columbus but everything felt rushed and I didn't feel I had time to ask questions nor did I feel he cared to listen or explain his thoughts. He did order an MRI and physical therapy and the staff were more than accommodating to get the MRI done while I was there which was very convenient. I'm interested in switching to a dr that I feel will take the time to listen and explain things better.

When I called I was offered many choices of where to go and was quickly taken care of. When I arrived (Center Grove) I arrived a half hour early, like I always do, in order to get paperwork and insurance info done well before appointment time. I was in and out only 10 min. after my appointment time with all questions asked and docs complete......I was impressed
