I saw Dr. Steinberg and he gave me less than five minutes of his time. I feel like a provider in the healthcare industry needs to take more time to address any concerns from their patients. Healthcare costs are at a premium and when somebody is in a lot of pain and wanting answers it is best to provide them with enough time and asked the appropriate questions to determine a solution. That clearly is not a part of his agenda.

I was seen very timely and everyone (doctor, x-ray tech, checkin) was ver nice. However, I felt very rushed the whole time which caused me to have a lot of anxiety. I didn't feel like I was able to process everything that was told to me and I felt like I didn't have time to ask any questions. I felt like the doctor threw a lot at me without really preparing me for it or considering how it would affect me, so it was hard to digest. A lot happened and was said really really fast, so I just wish everything had been slowed down so that I could process it, ask questions, and stay calm
