Everyone from making my appointment to meeting, office staff and meeting with the doctor was excellent. Follow up scheduling has been very efficient. Every person we met was very professional.

I cannot praise Dr. O'Neil enough for the genuine kindness he showed our son. He gave us more information in minutes than we had received in the matter of few days at another hospital. He answered so many questions that my husband and I had as well. He explained our son's injuries very thoroughly and gave a us a plan and expectation for his healing. He also told us our son needed a back/neck brace to help him heal correctly otherwise the spine wouldn't heal straight. We are so thankful for this because we were sent home from another hospital without one and we cringe to think about how our son would have been affected by not having a brace. We thank God for Dr. O'Neil and we will be forever grateful to him.

Happily surprised at how efficiently everyone went about the business of getting all of the patients moved through each station and the result being that the doctor's appointment was on time. No one was hurried. Very well done.
