I was met by one of the most rudest people I've ever dealt with at check in. Her attitude was absolutely unprofessional. I checked this location online and most of the reviews said the same thing about the reception, how rude they are. I would've thought this would've been dealt with by now. Once I got past her the remaining staff was very friendly, patient & compassionate. We patients are there because we are in pain & maybe even scared at what we may be facing and to be treated so rudely should not be tolerated.

The wait time was about 30 minutes past my appointment, but that is the only negative I can report. Everyone was courteous and respectful. Dr. O'Neill spent more than enough time explaining my options, what was wrong and answered all my questions. I was very impressed.
