The employees were all nice, helpful. Dr. Osborne was very good. We did find the hospital facility itself. I bet shabbier then we expected. Carpets dirty, had to use a dirty restroom to change clothes, no storage for my clothes. Just seems like the entire facility needs to be lighter, brighter and cleaner as it is showing its age and of course, a busy location, which would create wear and tear.

I thought the paperwork was easy enough. It remains to be seen whether I will like my next appointment. I liked the Dr. we met.
