Appointments were running 1 hour behind due to a technology glitch but patients were not informed. Patients in the lobby were getting frustrated and stressed. One solution could be to have the front desk staff inform patients about the increased wait when checking in (and offering them the opportunity to reschedule if needed). This would improve communication and help patients that had upcoming schedule conflicts.
Dr Langhorst is worth the wait ! Professional, kind and knowledgeable! I've never seen so many people checking into a facility before but it was handled well. An older couple was struggling trying to fill out info on the tablet. I kept thinking, can someone just help them.... After about 20 minutes finally someone came to help! Please remember some older people struggle ! Great facility over all. Examine room was a little untidy. People are very kind
