As a new patient knowing that the provider is retiring in two weeks would have changed my path for care to someone at the facility that was going to be available. Now I have to get established with a new physician if I need future services. The physician should have not taken new patients at least for tha last 3-6 months except emergent cases in my opinion. He was very nice but he was my second opinion already. Now I still don't have a physician to care for me because I assume I have to go to someone else there as a new patient. No complaints about his care. Just feel like I was not informed in advance about his retirement.
