Dr. Peter Torok graduated from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago in 1993. He completed his internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in 1994. From 1994-2002, Dr. Torok took multiple residencies in the U.S. Navy at the Makalapa Clinic in Hawaii and the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. For the next decade, he was a staff surgeon at the U.S. Medical Center in Okinawa, Japan, where he ultimately served as its Orthopedics Department Head. He has been a part of Lafayette Orthopedic Clinic since 2003.
Dr. Torok is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of several associations, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Indiana State Medical Association and the Tippecanoe County Medical Association.
