Dr. Dicke does a wonderful job of explaining things, and listening. It was a good experience.

Timothy Dicke was great to meet with. He was genially interested in my verve damage and understood the problems I am having. He took care of the referral. He made it very clear what the next steps are. He clearly informed me what I had to do and I felt comfortable with talking to him and his plan to help me. Timothy Dicke was GREAT! The one thing I forgot to ask of Timothy Dicke was if there was a cream to rub on the pain in my wrist or an oral pill I could take to alleviate the pain from my nerve damage.

I think the iPads create a less than optimal experience for the patient. I had prefilled out my forms based on the text that was sent out. I still had to give my insurance card at check in. The receptionist spent 10 minutes entering in information, never communicated why it was taking so long, and then at the end I had to fill out the iPad just to bring it up for the receptionist to tell me that its not a complete system and I have to tell the nurse? Why am I telling Ortho information 3 different times? Text, Ipad and then verbal. It creates a very frustrating patient experience in the name of "efficiency". The process is less than efficient or ideal.
