Preferred Providers
We believe our patients have the right to choose their provider for post-operative rehab services. Our case management team will work with our patients to identify needs after being discharged from the hospital.
Medicare collects quality and satisfaction data for all Medicare certified skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. All providers are rated on a star system, with possible ratings from 1 to 5 stars in each category. OrthoIndy uses Medicare data as part of the selection process for preferred providers.
As a patient, you have the right to choose your provider, and can compare all certified facilities and agencies by accessing the Medicare website. Traditional Medicare is generally accepted by all providers, but please note that not all facilities or agencies may be in network with your insurance company or your Medicare Replacement provider.
