I was called in at my appt time. Dr. Kaehr came in within a minute or two. He didn't hurry me, answered my questions and fully explained everything. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and kind. If I had a concern it was the waiting room being crowded. Even with the social-distancing, I had to sit on a two-person seat, and behind me was a woman on the same type of seat. We were back-to-back with no more than 2 feet between us. I moved as soon as a more distanced chair became available.
