The lady that was training one of the new front desk employee's is not friendly. I noticed that not only with patients, but with new employees that are in-training as well. She's very curt/short with people; doesn't smile. It would be helpful for OrthoIndy South to tell new patients which side of the building to go to for their appointment.
Nurse super nice, doc needs to slow down and listen.
