Full-time Employee Benefits

All full-time employees consistently working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to participate in the following benefits once meeting the eligibility requirement:

  • 16 Hours of Volunteer TimePaid Time Off: For the purposes of considering eligibility for paid time off accrual, a full-time employee is defined as working a minimum of 36 hours per week. Employees who work full-time begin accruing paid time off (PTO) on the first day of employment and may take PTO after 90 days of employment. First-year employees accrue 136 hours of PTO per year, in addition to 48 holiday hours. After one year of employment, employee will accrue 160 hours of PTO per year. Annual PTO hours accrued will continue to increase up to 14 years of employment.

Part-time Employee Benefits

All part-time employees consistently working a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in selective benefits once meeting the eligibility criteria.

  • Paid Time Off: For the purposes of considering eligibility for paid time off accrual, a part-time employee is defined as working a minimum of 20 hours per week, but not more than 35 hours per week. Part-time employees accrue a pro-rated share of PTO based on the average number of hours worked per week. Part-time employees working 20-29 hours each week will earn 24 paid holiday hours.
